Chain conveyer

USE:

Chain conveyer is used for horizontal transport of cereal grains in bulk.

DESCRIPTION:

Chain conveyer is consisted of limitless chain which links can transport at an angle of 15 degrees, taking into consideration that the total capacity is reduced in that case. In comparison with other conveyers, they consume less space and they are suitable for horizontal transport up to 100 m.

HOW IT WORKS:

Grain which enters into transporter is being caught by wings that are sliding along the bottom of the trough. Due to the low friction of the trough sides, grain mass is uniformly moving along the trough with approximately same velocity like the chain with wings. With chain conveyer, maximal utilization of workspace is being achieved.
